First, we do not own the propertyWe are only managing agents for the owner and the owner has to approve all actions including

The basement sewer had been stopped upWe sent one repair person immediately upon receiving the complaint, but he was not able to get the blockage openWhen reported his failed attempt we called another company who was successful opening the line
As regards the electric, I don't believe he ever had electric service in his nameHowever we did have a workman turn it on for him
The building is not condemnedThe letter was sent by the City because he moved in prior to our obtaining the occupancy permitI don't believe he has allowed the inspector in and therefore the unit
still is occupied without a permit
I do believe he is to vacate by today, but I have not verified that as yetHe never paid any rent after moving in too early
