Terrible customer service. No way to contact them They rarely answer their phone, most of the time, their voice mail is full. When they do, promise to get back to you, do not. I have been tying to get critical information from them for 3 days at a condo property the manage and they have not responded either to direct phone, message left at emergency number, message left on voice mail, emails.
Don't ever hire this company to manage your property!
