***'s tv was repaired at our shop on dec / was restored to mfr specs,myself and two other staff members admired the picture on this set as it is a *** and pix quality
is second to none.if there were any flaws in pix we would have seen them.*** tvs are verry fradgile to transport.I helped *** load tv into his car that was a small make and we just managed to fit this ***into his car,this is a 102lb tv.the small spots on his screen have nothing to do with the service we did.the type of damage done to this set to the best of our knowledge would only be done in transport.this set was fine when it went out of our shop , what happened to this set after that I have no idea ,and is not our responsibility

The TV was repaired in late November/early December as it was back in my possession on December 16th, not Xmas DayThey did fix the picture to a degree but damaged the screen which *** *** acknowledged and offered a discount on a new set because my set was damaged while in the care of one of their licensed retailersIt looks like three burn marks from a solder iron on my screen, not caused from the leather seats of my SUV*** did come to my home and saw the damage AND the ghosting (light and dark areas) on the screen and had told me to run an image retention program and that should eliminate itHis negligence of care to my set by leaving it by the front door, next to the sales counter during late November and early December shows lack of care to a customers merchandise while in their possession
The picture is not close to where it once was and I have burn marks in it now as well*** charged my card AFTER he knew of the damaged that occurred and only came in to my home to see it first hand AFTER I had contacted *** *** and they deemed the damage unrepairableThat is why I want the charges reversed$*** for damaging my TV beyond repair is not good business
