Review: 1) This moving company failed to deliver the legs of my kitchen table. Needless to say without the table legs, the table top is useless.2) One of the company agents unpacked the furniture before taking the furniture into my apartment; as a result, my couch was stained on green grass and fingerprinted with soot, and my office chair got scratched. That agent was reprimanded by his co-worker, but the damage was nevertheless done.3) That same agent cut himself and hardly ever participated in the carrying of furniture into my apartment. I had to enlist the help of my neighbors to get this accomplished. I am also concerned that the agent introduced bandages contaminated with blood into my apartment.4) When that same agent was returning a misplaced chair two weeks after, he climbed a ladder to get the chair from his truck, lost control, and dropped the chair on me. Luckily I caught the chair, only hurting my knee, but this incident could've resulted in serious injury and even death to me, had the chair fallen on my head. 5) The misplaced chair was for some reason unwrapped in the truck, which shows systematic negligence.Desired Settlement: 1. Eagle GC should pay the replacement cost of a new, comparable table, as well as costs related to removal of the old table top.2. Eagle GC should reduce the total charge because they failed to carry 70% of my furniture into my apartment.3. Eagle GC should pay for damage to my office chair and my couch.
