Hello, As o 12/8/2015, it has been confirmed that the title for the car has been received by [redacted] It seems that there was a delay with the [redacted] between the time that the title was mailed and the time the title was delivered [redacted] , we extend our sincerest apologies for the delay Thank you

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint The information that was priovded saying that I was late all those times are incorrect and as well as them saying they had to keep calling meI spoke to a [redacted] who redid my payment arrangement and I was paying weekly $i was often given a hard time saying that I coulnd pay this amount by one of the reps (it was a guy I cant remember his name) but I mentioned to him that [redacted] okayed this $a month arrangment he then in fact took it and payments were weekly as well I think in may or June I called to pay my weekly payments and was told that I no longer have any payments to make I asked at that time was she sure and she put me on hold for a few minutes came back and said yes im all set and I asked why when I ppaid the week prior didnt anyone say anything and the rep did have an answerIf you check the records and my payment history I have been paying weekly what [redacted] & I discussed even a little more than the $when I had moreCan phone records and my payments be pulled please because I would not risk something like this going on my credit report over a $a week payment? If this is a true balance I dont mind paying it but I want them to be thorough and honest with my paymentsIf this is a true balance I can still do the $a week BUT I would like to only deal with [redacted] & [redacted] only because im being told something totally differentAlso I need this to come off my credit report asap and would something in writing in reference to it Regards, [redacted]

I have spoken to eagle finance and we came to an agreementMy payments are now more affordable and my insurance money was returnedEagle finance helped me once they fully understood my problemNo further action is required

Revdex.com:i did receive one phone call from the local branch manager, it seemed sincere, but was still a sales pitch to elicit an applicationI am at no point now, nor will I be interested in doing business with eagle, this matter can be considered closed as I do not feet that they have cared about my experience since I never received a call from anyone outside of the local branch where I felt mistreatedPlease do not contact me further I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted]
