After I made the offer to refund after upon receipt of the credit card statement she took it upon herself to threaten me with legal action if she did not receive a refund. Since I was willing to give this person a refund based mainly upon her story that she could not by anyway fully verify, I took offense to the threat and informed her to go ahead with legal action.
