This place has no ethics and customer service skills. They will never explain you what kind of service they are providing you. The employee at the desk will tell you an amount and when you go to get service, the amount changes without any explanation. The office manager is really rude and has no customer skills. It is probably because she knows that there is no one in a post higher than her, so she does not have to answer to anyone. Their charges for the same service chage randomly from one appointment to another despite of having the same insurance. I clearly told them that I can only get the service that insurance covers and if I have to pay extra then explain me what the charge is for and let me know in advance about how much it will be, however, the amount for the charges kept changing every time a different employee worked in the billing department. I was asked to leave after the office manager made me feel humiliated about asking her employees to give me an explaination about the what kind of service they were charging me for and how much of that my insurance would cover. Not a good place to fulfill your dental needs. It is probably because the office manager always sides with her employees and not the patient(customer). It is probably because she knows that she does not have higher management to answer to. I told my family and friends to stay away from this place and I would suggest the same for anyone who is thinking about going there. Additionally, the do not have satisfaction survey for their patients(customers), so that goes to tell what kind of management they have in the office.
