Review: The company Eagle Bazar only refunded less the half of the money I paid on layaway. The manager made a decision to not refund any layaway money for all customers. they don't provide anything in writing when you put an item in layaway just a receipt. That is not fair to customers.Desired Settlement: They need to refund me 212.99.
