alerted to issue by customer, I had vehicle towed (at my expense to me) per warranty When vehicle was diagnosed, additional parts were found to need repair.When I spoke w/customer, I told him unfortunately none of the parts we replaced failed I additional offered to do the labor for free, he just needed to provide parts, (to avoid mark up) so money would be saved.A mutual friend agreed to buy the parts I will still do labor free of charge Parts arrived this morning Customer was rude and verbally threatening
