I did receive a call from the company finally and they did refund the money that was double charged. I am still not happy with their service and after this month will be canceling. Regards,

Review: I had used this company to monitor teens cell phone and when she became a senior in highschool and proved that service was not needed it was cancelled in the spring of 2012 when she also got a phone no longer compatible. She is now a sophmore in college and I am still being billed. I have tried to cancel service several times. In fact I have an email confirmation of cancellation dated 6/6/13. BUT my credit card continues to be charged. They will not return my calls and just keep taking my information but no action.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my money back to the last known activity log on the phone number.

Review: Enrolled in my mobile watchdog, I had some technical issues, tried to call NUMEROUS times, left messages, never a response. Is has been going on for 2 months. Every month my credit card gets billed, but I have NO SERVICE. WHEN YOU CALL ALL YOU GET IS WERE BUSY AND LEAVE A MESSAGE.Desired Settlement: Refund and cancellation.
