We have been in contact on a regular basis with the complainant during the period of concern, with periodic updates and ongoing communication regarding the completion of landscaping? Unfortunately, there are circumstances regarding the overall landscaping and improved drainage plan within the
master planned development, which have caused delays beyond our control? We have been working with the project owner/developer, the HOA and third party professionals for several months in order to achieve the desired and required landscaping specifications? The additional drainage and grading improvements were implemented in order to provide the complainant with a higher performing final drainage plan, thus creating a higher level of lasting professional value for the complainant and the adjacent property owners, all of whom share a common landscaped area and master drainage plan? The complainant is fully aware of these circumstances and our efforts to proceed? While we regret the delay, we are pleased to report that landscaping has commenced we look forward to completing the work within the next couple of weeks, in accordance with the improved drainage plan? We spoke with the complainant today, shared the good news of our current progress, updated him on the anticipated completion and offered to continue our efforts until the landscaping is completed.E4G Contracting, Incis a reputable and professional company?
