Review: On Sept 20-21 2013 EZ Way Lawn Service installed a drainage system in my back yard and downspout drainage on the side on the house. During the reseeding of the lawn when they finished landscaping they ran out of grass seed and came back about 2 weeks later to finishup. In April 2014 I called [redacted],who did the work, and left a message stating that I was still having drainage problems and also needed the whole side yard reseeded since the grass never grew, the grass in the back yard also needed to be redone since only about 20% came up. [redacted] never returned this nor 3 more phone calls over the next 3 weeks, using a diff phone I got him to answer and he said he would come over in 2 days between 8 and 9 am, he never showed up nor called, repeated calls over the next 2 weeks were never returned. I then called the owners phone number (APR 14th), [redacted] and told him my problems, he said he would come over the following friday. He never showed up. More calls were made over the next 3 weeks none were never returned, I even told [redacted] if I didn't hear back I would contact the Revdex.com. He never returned that last call. I then called Revdex.com and found out how to file a report.Desired Settlement: I would like the drainage problem fixed and both the whole backyard and the side yard reseeded with grass. I would like both done before its to late in the year for the grass to develop into a lawn. Probably the end of July would be the latest. Last year I had to put up with mud in both places.
