Review: I normally receive my monthly bill by email on the 20th of the month. However, I have still not received my bill at this time, and it is due by February 1, 2013. I have tried to call to ask about my bill, but have not been able to reach them at ANY of their phone numbers listed. I keep getting a recorded message saying that "my call did not go through" and that I should try my call again later. I am concerned about the items I have in storage with this company at their Butler location, and wish to pay my bill promptly when I receive it. I have been a customer with them for over 2 years, and this is the first time it has happened. If this company is having a problem or is now under new management, please notify me so that I know what is happening. I have spoken to [redacted] at the Greenfield, Wisconsin, Revdex.com office today, and am submitting this complaint. Please try to help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want to find out why I have not received my monthly bill. I wish find out if there has been a change with this company, so that I can pay my bill and keep my account in good standing with them.

The company sent me my bill this morning. Their phone lines were down yesterday.
