E Z Self Mini Storage

Review: I signed a contract with this establishment, thinking that it was a good storage unit. The business hours that are posted on the door are wrong, and they are aware of this. They refuse to return my phone calls. I have went up to the storage unit multiple time to pay my storage unit no one is in the office during the business hours or at the managers home , which is directly across the parking lot. This has been continuing for over two months now. They have sent me a letter regarding me owing them a late fee, all of mine and my children's thing are in this storage unit. My husband and I work two jobs each to afford everything, and I can't afford to lose everything I have accumulated over the years because, they are not reliable.Desired Settlement: I would like to gather my belongings and switch my storage unit. I feel that I should not have to pay for their mistakes.
