Very unprofessional. Spoke with the owner and was informed of protocol. I followed their directions and sent in payment. Check was cashed but when I called to check status of certificate, there procedure had now totally changed. When asked what my payment was for if that was the case, till now no response. Very argumentative and they have had my funds for weeks without any correspondence.
