Review: We ordered checks which were to include a logo. The checks were printed and delivered without the requested logo. When we requested a reprint (or refund), we were told that they would charge for a reprint, despite their mistake with the initial order.Desired Settlement: The money involved may be insignificant, but we have a right to expect to receive what we ordered and paid for. The fact that this company refuses to reprint the checks to correct their mistake is appalling. The outcome we desire is performance as agreed.
