She came in and asked us to deliver some stuff to a house she was staying at.  She came back multiple times to pick up more things, and that was the last we saw of her in 2012.  The last time she came back, we loaded a van full of the rest of her things.  We had nothing else of...

her’s.  We don’t have her lawnmower, so I will not buy her a new one.  I am willing to give her $150 towards the cost in order to help resolve this issue, though we have  nothing of her’s and this was 4 years ago.

I am rejecting this response because the amount should be more . I request the compensation for loss be $450. 00 and not the proposed $150.00. The loan mower was new and purchase price prior to taxes was $650.00. Numerous attempts have been made to retrieve the loan mower since 2012 and many certified letters with request to return loan mower came back unopened. EZ Move was unresponsive until now .  Since EZ movers proposes monetary compensation for loss, I deem the amount is to be closer to true value of the loss. Feel free to propose another amount, but note that time since loss is EZ responsible ability and should be not factored into value determination.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Never showed up or call back. Caused us a lot of difficulty by not showing up
