Review: My problem is simple and basic. Almost seems silly. On 9/23/14 I utilized A&P home delivery service, I ordered Luvs diapers for son and used a personalized coupon worth $8.00 in savings. I handed this to the driver. I reached out numerous times to A&P regarding this credit and I am not getting any response. While it may not be the biggest deal this is NOT a good business practice for my first time.Desired Settlement: I respectfully request that either the coupon with my name on it (I have a photo of it) is returned so I can utilize it with another vendor or a refund is applied to my payment method (PayPal) of $8.00.
