Re: Complaint ID ***Dear *** ***When the truck was brought into our dealership the working technician had to have a second person help him to pull the hood open because it was damaged enough that he could not do it aloneIt is mandatory that every Technician use hood stands on any
radiator job or any job that the hood straps have to be removedFurthermore the Technician made note in our Uptime Pro system that the hood was damaged and hard to open when he started the repairThis notation is timestamped in our system as wellThe hood was out of line and also had a previous repair where someone had patched it with rivets and glue instead of replacing it as neededThe aluminum hinge on the hood was broke most likely due to the hood being out of alignmentRegardless the damage was done before the truck reached our dealershipOur service manager as well as the Technician both tried to explain to the customer why the hood hinge had broken and that it was that way when it arrived but unfortunately could not satisfy himI talked to the customer personally and he said that he had just bought the truck a couple of weeks before and that he did not realize that the hood had previously been damaged and been patched.*** *** Lonestar Truck Group I BryanN Hwy 6Bryan, TX 77807Office (*** *** cell (*** ***

I recently purchased a garage door with EZ and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. They were professional, honest, price competitive and delivered a great product. I have received multiple compliments on my new door and would highly recommend them!
