On 2-22-I went into this store location to exchange a phone cover which I was prior by phone that I couldI get to this store to exchange the phone cover a young man told me that I couldn't exchange it, then he said you need your receiptI then said I wasn't told that & I'm not looking for any money back I just want to exchange this phone cover for one that fitsHe then preceding to get irate & then cussed me out using profane language including the F word and calling me a B! Hey but get this, he also did this in front of a customer with young childrenWhen this happen everything went down hill
