E-Z Cleaner

Review: On 1/**/15, I took my down coat to have it cleaned at the shop. The coat only had ink pen marks and I hoped to get it off. On 1/**/15, I went to pick up my coat and it did not look the same! My coat had burn marks on the sleeve and back of coat. A hole in the back of the coat. The coat now is unwearable and I'm highly upset that I trusted this shop to clean my coat with care! Marmot coats aren't cheap and I'm looking for compensation despite what rules the shop place!Desired Settlement: 1. Pay for brand new marmot and refund of service. 2.compensation
