Review: On [redacted], I purchased and paid cash for a 1995 GMC truck from e-zautofunding.com,INC. At the time of purchased, I was told that the tags would be in by the next [redacted]. I went to the location and was told that [redacted] was out, but would be in shortly. Since then I have called and went by the location to make inquiries about the tags and title. I spoke with [redacted] and [redacted] several times. I spoke with [redacted] again today on [redacted] and was informed that he hasn't got the affidavit from signed from the [redacted]. He also refused to issue another temporary tag as the one was issued at the time of purchase expired [redacted] I was under the impression that I was purchasing from e-zautofunding.com.,INC. who is listed as the [redacted] of all my paperwork at the time of purchase.Desired Settlement: I want the title or a full refund in addition to repairs and insurance payments made to the truck

The vehicle he purchased was a trade-in from another customer. There was a delay in trying to get this customer's release on the title; therefore, the registration process took longer than expected.

The vehicle was registered on [redacted]; which is about the time the complaint was filed with your office. **. [redacted] is now in receipt of his title which we believe ends this dispute. I am sorry if one of our employees misspoke to **. [redacted] in regards to his request.

Review: EZ AUTO FUNDING.COM IS A [redacted]! THE [redacted] SOLD US A CAR AND WE PAID ON IT FOR A [redacted] EXACTLY. WE MADE THE PAYMENTS EARLY AND EVEN PAID MORE THAN [redacted] PAYMENT AT A TIME. ON OR ABOUT [redacted] SOLD THE CAR TO ANOTHER FINANCE COMPANY WITH OUT US KNOWING ANYTHING. SO HE WAS TAKING OUR PAYMENTS AND KEEPING THEM FOR HIS SELF. IN [redacted] WE WENT TO MAKE THE CAR PAYMENT AND THEY TOLD US THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT OUR PAYMENTS, AND WE SEND THEM ELSE WHERE.
