Review: I was sold a used 2012 dodge avenger with 11,000 miles, before I test drove the car the two sales man told me that the car was in perfect condition and that it still had its dodge manufactures warranty on it. I really like the car so I put the down payment of 4,200 and even traded in my old car, the manager [redacted] made me pay $50 for a state inspection sticker. I asked him for a car fax and was later told that they do not do that. The car needed a oil change therefore I took it to MIDAS and they informed me that my horn does not work and the air bag light was on and to take it to the manufacture asap, I told MIDAS I just had a state inspection sticker paid and Put on the car therefore I found out the sticker I paid for was fruad because he never did a full inspection. I took it to the manufacture and they said I dont have my 3 year/100,000 mile warranty so therefore the manager [redacted] and his car sales man lied to me. I called [redacted] and he denied telling me about the warranty and did not want to void the contract for the LEMON he sold me. I currenlty have this car for about a week now and it is the worst mistake in my life, there are now issues with the car axle and driving conditions.Desired Settlement: I would really want my contract voided and cancelled and I would gladly return the LEMON he sold me for my money back.
