Review: In mid Nov 2012, I bought a software program for my Storage business for $895. I was told there was a 45 day money back guarantee if I was not satisfied. They would install the program. I asked if I could enter my existing data myself, and could I retain my current contract numbers. They said yes to both. They said it would take a couple of hours to download and install the program. They started early afternoon, on a Friday, and on Sunday, they were finished. It was then that I found out I could not enter my current data myself. They said they would start entering it the next day. They didn't start until Tuesday. The following Saturday, they were finally finished entering my data (I only have 45 units). All this time, I did not have any software program to use for my business. They did NOT enter my current contract numbers. When the program was workable, (and all thru the installation), I made numerous calls to them, sometimes on the phone for hours. EVERY person I spoke with, it was SO hard to understand their English. It was SO frustrating. Either they didnt call or start when they said they would, something wasnt set up right, or the program just didnt work the way they said it would. When the reports feature did not work, I was told I needed MS Word, which cost me another $100. Every time I used the program, I had to call them about something. I told them numerous times, I wanted to get my money back, but it stated in the contract that you needed to try and have them work out the issues to try and resolve them. There were SO many issues. One after another. Sometime near the 45 days being up, I was trying to get something resolved, and I finally said, "how do I go about getting my money back?" He went silent and REFUSED to answer me. After asking numerous times, he told me someone would call me tomorrow. When I spoke to someone the next day, I tried to work with them to resolve the issue. I got frustrated, as usual, and ended up buying another program soon after the 45 days were up.Desired Settlement: In trying to get the last issue resolved, the 45 days had expired. I called and asked for a refund, but they told me it was past the 45 days. I would like to at least get half of my money back, due to all the issues and the problems that they caused me. And the fact that they told me certain things about the program that they were not totally truthful about. There are SO many issues with the program, that I did not have enough room to mention them all.

Complaint # #[redacted]
I am writing this message as a rebuttal to the response of E-Softsys LLC, regarding the case noted above; specifically #18 of the response.
On 5/7/13, I was informed by [redacted] of Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania, that I have no control over the ability to withdraw my original complaint. This is under complete control of the Revdex.com.
Furthermore, she informed me that #18 of the response is considered a form of bribery.
I will accept the offer of the 50% refund offered to me by E-Softsys LLC, if #18, A and B, were removed from the response. It is my understanding that if I agree to a response from E-Softsys LLC, and receive a refund that is agreed upon, that the complaint will be closed and considered resolved. In that case, once I receive the refund, I would have no further issues or complaints against E-Softsys LLC.
If E-Softsys LLC agrees to issue me a refund, I would ask that they inform me of a time frame of when I could expect payment to be made. If payment is made, I would prefer that it was made by check and sent to me, due to the fact that the credit card used when making payment to E-Softsys LLC, is no longer valid.
Thank You

I am writing in regard to the comment made by me on May 8, 2013, concerning the above complaint.
I stated that I would accept a 50% refund from E-Softsys LLC, on the condition that # 18 of their response was removed, as this action was suggested to me by [redacted] of Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania. Although I cannot control how the Revdex.com handles the final classification of this complaint, it is my understanding that if this complaint is resolved by both parties, that the complaint will be closed with no record of this incident to the public. To possibly resolve this issue, I am willing to voluntarily sign a mutual release form, stating that I have no other issues with E-Softsys LLC. If E-Softsys is willing to accept this response, I would ask that I receive instructions from them on steps needed to be taken by me to resolve this matter. Please inform me of any actions, time frames, etc. concerning this case.
Thank you.
