E & S Appliance Repair Heating and Cooling

Under the complaint type it says select one, but I have several. Starting with the advertisement... It listed as 3800 for a brand new Goodman heat pump to be installed and it was an Aspen and we were charged $4600. He left a hole in the ceiling, and he didn't put filters on it, and left it uncovered, but the worst was it didn't cool. We've begged him to come back and fix it but he has been ignoring us. He was very unprofessional and he actually told me he had another job to do and he left my house to go to it. But when he come back he reeked of marijuana.
