Review: Ordered product non-delivery; 11 weeks after order placement, order not fulfilled.
After numerous phone calls, none answered nor returned, and < ~25% of emails returned, I still have not recieved my full order in the 11 weeks since I initially placed my order with them. Order # XXXXX; purchase date: 25JAN2014; order total incl S&H: $61.68; payment method: American Express; transaction ID: XXXXXXXXXX. Their PN: [redacted] for Check It Rebuildable Autococker Ball Detent. Again, after too many phone calls and emails to resolve this directly, I still have not recieved my complete order nor have I recieved any notice of what they are going to do to resolve this problem.Desired Settlement: Because of amount of time since I placed my order and their lack of willingness to address any kind of compensation, I would like to see a full refund of the non-delivered part ($19.99) and S&H ($10.80) in addition to them completing the order with expedited shipping (next day guaranteed delivery) with no additional cost to me. I do not believe this unreasonable. After I initially placed my order with them, I placed an order with another online vendor geographically further from me (for items e-paintball.com did not have in stock, but still listed as in stock on their web page) and recieved it within 7 business days for less shipping cost and more total items ordered.

Customer received all of order and has been consistently belligerent and excessively rude to staff via email and phone. Due to the nature of communications from him and consistent threats we believe that he is perpetrating a scam as far as delivery of product is concerned. We believe he received all product but has been trying to attain additional product and refunds despite this. We are not willing to refund his money & send him the product he ordered. In fact, at this point we do not feel that we are required to do anything. Customer received product and was communicated with about the delays and other issues with his order but did not like what he was told. Please find attached the last email we received from the customer and how we responded to it.

While I do not dispute that the last email correspondence I sent them was quite beligerant, all phone messages I left for them were not. I never got rude with any of their staff as neither my phone calls were answered nor any messages returned. The tone I took with the last email was a culmination of frustration as I had recieved virtually no response from them either by phone or email after over 2 months of waiting for the remainder of my order to arrive aside from their claims that it had shipped. The only shipment tracking number I recieved was for the partial order that did not contain the item in question and no tracking number for "shipped separate" item. As a junior enlisted military memeber in a single-income family, I do not have the money to forgive non-delivery of products ordered. As of today (03 JUNE 2014), I still have not recieved the missing item from my order placed in January. Again, their only response to anything I said or sent to them was that it had shipped. I don't believe there is any kind of delivery service that takes this long to get anything to a customer. If there is a problem with their supply chain, that is an issue they need to resolve. The issues with their website inventory reflecting their actual on-hand inventory is an issue they need to resolve. I am not trying to perpetrate any kind of scam. I had decided to order parts through them because of their lower prices and to support a small business. What I am is out $20+ for product that I never recieved. I had requested high compensation in the hopes of them countering with a reasnonably acceptable resolution. All I really want to happen is my order to finally be fulfilled.
Review: I ordered my product from this company on 12/16/14, it is now 1/22/15. I have called them repeatedly and sent several emails. The company never answers their phone nor do they return messages or emails. They promptly took my payment but did not deliver the item ordered and they do not respond to any and all attempts at contact.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded ASAP!
