We paid Rainbow $to winterize our sprinkler system in OctLast week our neighbor told us that while they were doing this they blew out one of the sprinkler heads in the side yard by his house, spewing mud and water on his house
We called Rainbow and their response is that they don't use enough pressure to blow it outThey refused to repair implying our neighbor is lying
We want them to fix this immediately
