Review: I (stupidly) ordered some diet pills online 3/6/15 and never received them. They told me I would get a full refund (no reason I should be responsible for the $4.95 shipping and handling charges since I never received the product and the post office could never locate the package by the "first class tracking #" the company gave me) and I was assured yesterday when I spoke with [redacted] at the company that I would receive a full refund. Wonder of wonders I only received the amount less the $4.95 shipping and handling fee. I spoke with [redacted] again this morning and she told me today that they will not refund the $4.95 even though she explicitly told me yesterday I would receive the full refund, including the $4.95 shipping and handling fee. I told her that was totally unacceptable because I should not have to pay them $4.95 for absolutely nothing and asked to speak with a supervisor who could refund the $4.95. That was over 5 hours ago. I honestly do not believe there has not been a supervisor available yet. I truly believe this is just a sham "company" that never sends ordered products and does not honor their word about refunds. I have an e-mail from the company that states even they could not locate my order by their tracking #.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $4.95 shipping and handling fee I paid for absolutely nothing. I would like this company to realize that people work hard for their money and should not be penalized for the company's failure to provide a product that was paid for.
