Review: We have emailed and called Emoto several times regarding product that came broken and about further items to purchase and they have not responded to either emails or phone messages. This concerns us especially since these are electric bikes with batteries specific to the ones we purchased from them. Eventually we need to either get more batteries from them or know where else we can purchase them. We can find other eBike suppliers but the ones we received from them need to be maintained.Desired Settlement: This is more a concern than a complaint (at this point). We would like them to communicate with us about their status as a company, receive an apology for poor communication, and find out whether they are going to continue to provide products, service and warranty information for us in a timely, professional manner.

At this point we have no idea if they are even still in business...even though we purchased 8 bikes from them last fall and were given assurance of continued support. Thank you.
