I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I want to respond to thorntons response that you sent me on june 14th, but I didn't see where I can respond to and I accidently closed the notice you gave me. how can I respond? I think a corporation like thontons to adopt this policy of not giving a receipt because they don't want to pay for the paper or clean the paper up is cheap, irresponsible and don't give a st about a customer you. have. got. to. be. kidding. me . a receipt is like saying thank you for your business and here is proof that you got what you paid for. don't you agree? would you continue to shop at a store that openly does not give a heck about a customer? I will post thontons response on socializing sites and see what other people think I didn't mention this but I receive food stamps and thorntons does not give me a receipt I have to ask for it. every store I use my food stamp card at, they give me a receipt without me asking for it. I think it is illegal what they are doing. I would like to post a response to thorntons response to you. if I have to open another complaint I will do so. let me know how I can response to their response. [redacted] ###-###-####
