Review: After I placed an order, they changed their "FAQ" and "Satisfaction Guarantee". When I made the purchase, website clearly stated "we use the same quality materials as the designers". When I received the products, they were not the same materials and the website had been changed. I have contacted their customer service and received no response.Desired Settlement: I believe the business has a responsibility to uphold their quality standards at the time the product is purchased. If those standards/quality are to change between the time the customer places an order and the order is delivered, the customer should be notified and given the option to refuse/cancel their order.

I do not believe that you purchased from us. I believe that you purchased from another website.

We have checked our entire database and we cannot find an order that corresponds with your name, address, your email address or phone number.

We cannot find your phone number in any of our incoming calls. Perhaps you have been calling the website which you bought your products from.

Our web site's FAQ never stated: "we use the same quality materials as the designers".
