On Friday, September 25th, I Mr***, ***, spoke to Ms***, and personally put another diploma and transcript in the mail via Overnight deliveryI then emailed the tracking# to Ms*** and attempted to call her telephonically with no success The package was slated for delivery on Saturday, September 26th at approx pm. We are apologetic for this turn of events and have tried to rectify the situation
