Review: I recently hired a business listed on Craigslist to pick up a delivery at [redacted] in Elizabeth, NJ. The first time I saw the company name was when he came... and hour and a half late. [redacted] was unprofessional, drove unsafe (we were TRYING to follow him), and then forgot to unload some of my stuff before taking off (he had been paid). I tried to contact him via text, voice message, and email via CL, but heard nothing back. He just stole my stuff and didn't respond. I found out later that that "company" has been recently fined for operating as an unlicensed business (http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2014/01/nj_fines_26_unlicensed_moving_companie...⇄ I basically paid someone $50 to make me late, steal my stuff, and almost get us in an accident.Desired Settlement: I want the fee returned since he did not complete his job and has made things much more difficult. I also want the value of what he took compensated (it's not the value that matters, but the principle of the matter) or the items replaced, as I asked him to do originally.

This letter is in respond to case [redacted]. When the customer called this job was delivery only no labor involved, from lkea to customers' house. Driver arrived late due to circumstances behond his control (traffic). it is believed that customer is responsible of his or her own driving security if using his or her own vehicle. For the misplaced item please make an effort to meet as soon as possible. if any questions I will be glad to respond.
