Review: June 26, 2014 [redacted]On September 20, 2012 [redacted] was offering services to a neighbor's house, approached me and said he had left-over material from a job he did earlier and could give me a discounted rate if I decided to get my drive tarred and chipped. I have an invoice showing this information. Mr. [redacted] said 2 coats, which is what my wife and I decided on, would guarantee coverage for 9+ years. I began noticing the materials disappearing on the drive and now there is no tar or chip present on the drive and it is almost back to the original condition it was when Mr. [redacted] offered his services. I paid $3,200 (by check) to Mr. [redacted] Paving, Tar & Chip. The license number on the top of the form reads PA088797. Mr. [redacted] has not returned any phone calls I have made to him regarding my driveway.Desired Settlement: I wish for Mr. [redacted] to correct the issue (at his cost) to my drive. The materials he used did not hold up as he stated they would, thus, his warranty is no good on his product. I only wish for him to correct my driveway so that I get the 9 years out of it he promised.
