E F Works

Review: A home inspection was performed on 7/10/14 at my home by Eric F[redacted] of EF Works. He stated a report would be sent out within a few business days and no report has been received. Multiple emails and calls were unanswered. He responded to a request from my real estate agent stating he would deliver the report by last week but no report was received. He then stated the same thing to the customer but again did not send any report.Desired Settlement: I would like my payment returned ($395).
