Picked the rug up after cleaning and unrolled it in the dining roomColor had bled and covered 40% of the carpetCalled *** and was told I signed a waiverThey aren't responsible for the rugNo attempt was made to inform me that the color would bleed and ruin the carpet when I was standing in front of them with our oriental rug unrolled on their floor on Franklin StThe cleaning service was selected by the staff for my carpetIf I was told by the staff that this color bleed would happen if the rug was cleaned by them I believe I would have found another optionI received no such informationI have since read a great deal on how oriental rugs are cleaned when there is a pet stain*** is oblivious to these techniquesIf the staff had read any of the oriental rug cleaning sites they would understand their process for handling urine stains is irresponsible*** might be great cleaning oriental rugsThey have no idea how to clean a rug with urine stains without ruining the rug
