Review: In May 2014 I had [redacted] from S & S Blacktop come out and quote me for a complete driveway job, agreed to have the job done, came out and in two days did the work, told me to contact him in 3 months to have a slurry coat done on it, have been calling him since the day after he finished the job because we noticed the next day that not all the cracks he was to fill in were still not completely filled. Never called back, now 3 mths later when suppose to do the slurry coat, have been calling and calling numerous times as well as text and no call backs.

about 3-weeks ago I found a number after much investigating that took me to a Advisor answering service and told them I had been trying to contact [redacted] for months, she tried and got his voicemail, just as I had, but the interesting thing about it was [redacted] called me about 10 minutes later with an excuse he was out of town a few days for a family wedding, not sure what he has been doing the last 3 mths I have been trying to reach him or anyone with the company.Desired Settlement: Would like contact with someone in the company that means what they say as well as to come out and fix what needs to be done and get the slurry done correctly.

I have been contacted by S & S on 8/16/2014 by Sam who is with the company, meeting him at property location on 8/18/2014 to fix cracks and do slurry. Job was done but a little irritated that company still wanted to push more work for a price on me but it is done and am satisfied for now. Definitely will not recommend their service to anyone.

Review: Took full payment in advance to fill cracks and double coating for our private drive way. I have made numerous calls. Every time I only get excuses and promises to come back and finish the job. Initial thin coating they performed already started wearing off within 2 months.Desired Settlement: Please either finish the job or issue refund.

S & S Blacktop installed our driveway in September of 2013, we received a written 2 year warranty. In less than a year the driveway has large potholes and is breaking up pretty much everywhere. The warranty states that 2 inches of asphalt was installed, you can tell where the potholes are there is less than an inch of asphalt. We have tried to contact them repeatedly through phone & email, they have never returned our calls or any type of response. We just want them to return to look at the driveway and make any necessary repairs.
