E & E Contractors

My $3,525 deposit for installation of a new furnace and hot water heater was processed even though I requested E & E Contractors to put the order on hold when immediately after signing the contract, the owner told us he needed to wait until the weather got warmer before he could do the installation. On day three of signing the contract with E & E I called and cancelled the order, and then had another company install a new furnace that very day. I didn't find out until a month later when I got the bill from the credit card company that my card had been charged even though no service had been provided by E & E. After several phone calls the owner issued a check minus $168.59 which he listed as fees he incurred and passed along to me. My credit card company got all of my money back and issued me a new account number. I did not feel safe with this company having access to my account information. E & E's business card even states they are members of the Revdex.com. This business is not Revdex.com Accredited.
