DiMichele was referred to me by neighbors. My phone call was answered promptly in the office. I described the nature of my problem, and was told that Mr. DiMichele would call me back later that day. He did; we scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment. He located the clean out in the yard (the city could not), snaked the drain, and was done in about 40 minutes. I thought the charge was reasonable, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
