I purchased a personal unit for $50 and was completely disappointed with the company and the unit. It was mailed in a flimsy, white, plastic bag. The unit was damaged and there was a screw loose that fell from the unit. My order took more than three weeks to arrive and never worked properly. The unit never blew cool air and it blew less air than a small portable fan I was replacing it with. I am using my small fan again and hope this company will refund my money.
