Review: I need to file a complaint on the business renting out bounce houses called 'Party time' on [redacted]. I went to rent a bounce house for my daughters birthday so I told them I needed a princess bounce house. When I found the one I wanted in there viewing books they asked me where It was going to be taking place at. The package included a small pinata and a couple of tables and chairs. I let them know I was going to have it at a park and even wrote down the address because they deliver it. They willingly told me that it was fine and it shouldn't be a problem just that it would have to be the same day pick up and deliver. Not once did they mention that it did not come with a generator. Note that I mentioned it was going to be at park. Yesterday when I called just to make sure everything was in place for the party they said that I does not come with a generator, also that they didn't know it was going to be at a park. I asked them if I could get a refund and they told me no refunds but they could only reschedule, but if it doesn't have a generator what am I going to do with it?Desired Settlement: I just want a refund so I can get a bounce house for my little girls party this Sunday on the 19th of April. So if u can please help me.
