This customer sent us a CRM describing a problem he was having with a rifle barrel he bought from usIn his description, he gave his handloading and velocity information which indicated a mistake he was making with his hand loaded ammunitionWhen I replied what I though it was and suggested that
he back off on his handloads, he became abusive and threateningI tried replying once more, politely explaining that I had nothing to go on but the email he sentHis response was more abuse and threatsThis is where I stopped respondingSorry, but abusing me or my staff and slandering my company is not included in the priceThis customer apparently thinks it is, and so as far as I'm concerned, he got his moneys worth
I am rejecting this response because:I was never abusive or threatening, although I did state that I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint as they would not offer any resolution other than for me to check my hand loading.(I did my testing on my hand loading and even at the LOWEST recommended charge weights with different powders the pressure problems still existed) I stated in my emails to them that even retail boxed factory loaded ammunition would not even fire without high pressure problems, and they blamed the factory ammo for being overcharged. This has been a pattern in each correspondence with them; to blame someone else rather than admit their product was at fault and defective. All I am asking of them is to accept that their product is defective and a refund of my purchase price

card. The credit card company responded to the multiple attempts by locking the card. Apparently the card was locked for 8-10 days. No funds were ever collected from Mr. [redacted]. No products were ever shipped to Mr. [redacted]. No amount of polite explanation would appease Mr. [redacted]. My staff called the actual card holder and tried to get the credit card company to release the funds but their fraud security measures were insurmountable. The funds would have been released in the 8-10 period, but by this time Mr. [redacted] had become verbally abusive with my staff and I decided to cancel his order and move on. I have sent a hard copy of related documentation to your Burnsville address. Sincerely, [redacted] Brown President E. My only complaint with this company is their outrages shipping charges. I ordered 2 small parts that wouldn't weigh over 5 or 6 oz. and cost 23 dollars and they wanted to charge 10.50 shipping. I cancelled my order and will do business with someone else from now on
I ordered a scope, mounting hardware, and lens covers from this company. The items arrived and upon installing the scope, I noticed the lens covers did not fit. The lens covers were presented on the same web page as the scope as "extras" to buy with the scope. I paid postage to send the lens covers back for the correct size. A lady from the company called and said I had to pay postage again (I personally had paid postage upon ordering and paid postage again to send them back). She said I was supposed to know the size of the covers and order the correct ones and that the covers listed on the page with the scope were not necessarily the correct size. Upon hearing that, I asked to be refunded the amount paid for lens covers and cancel my order. So, while the scope I ordered seems to be a fine scope, I am not pleased at all with their customer service and they lost a customer forever over a $3 shipping charge.
