E-1 Towing and Repair

Our company policy is to charge storage on all vehicles towed into our facility unless we repair such vehicle. Customer was upset when we told him this. he told us that he wasnt told this by our driver the driver never told him this because he sad he was going to have it repaired at our shop...

customer stated on several occasions that he was a surgeon and we cant do this to him I told hm its our company policy I also stated I would work with him but he was upset and there was no working with him

Our company stands by our policy, if we do not perform repairs we charge storage for vehicles. Customer was informed of this during the process and before being charged. No refund is being issued.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: there is no way for someone to know this policy exists unless any of the employees make this known to the customer .  I was offered to have a bid provided by E1 to see if I wanted or could get the repairs done at E1. This took Ken E[redacted] 5 more days. on day 6 he told me he couldn't complete the bid. I never agreed to get repairs done and was told to leave the rv there so he could get me a bid. Mr E[redacted] needed my vehicle to do a bid which he never completed. E1 owes me 400$ for charging me to leave my vehicle to do a job that was never done. Ken knows this scam. He planned it all along. He knows it's wrong but doesn't care. E1 needs to refund my hidden storage fee of 400$.
