Dynasty Restoration guided me through redoing my roof. They communicated exactly what to expect through the entire process. I am not an expert on roofing nor the insurance process. They were there during the insurance inspection to ensure items that I would never question were addressed. They gave me piece of mind that all of my damage would be addressed and fixed.
Once through the insurance inspection process, Erik, kept me aware of timing of installation and what to expect through each step of the installation. I have a dog and three children. I was nervous about the debris and the nails. The installation team continually cleaned up the debris and swept the area for nails. They were wonderful. I would recommend this team to everyone.

I highly reccomend Dynasty, they were a great company to work with. Brett and Erik were great and exceeded expectations and they walked me through what to expect.
Brett was always available to answer questions and was onsite during the adjuster meeting to make sure nothing was missed by insurance and got my house back to pre-storm condition. Erik kept me up to date as to when work was getting completed and repairs were all done in a timely manner. All in all they got me a new roof, gutters/downspouts, house painted and deck stained! We are happy with how everything turned out.

I used Dynasty Restoration to replace my roof on my previous home before I could sell it. The process was super easy for us. Dynasty met the adjuster at the house, held the insurance company accountable to cover what was needed, and I didn't have to do a thing other than transfer over the money to them after the work was done. They also followed up with me after to make sure I was satisfied with everything. That includes the work that was done, the timeline, and even the clean up after (don't take this for granted because my neighbor had his roof done by someone else and there was trash in my yard for weeks because they didn't clean up after demo or install). Dynasty was A+++!!!

I read one of the other reviews and it's kind of laughable what people's knowledge is of how this stuff works. If something doesn't get covered, that is on the insurance company, not the roofing company.

I would highly recommend Dynasty for your home repair needs. The sales guys, quality manager, and owner all treated us top notch!

When selling my home, my roof needed to be replaced quickly in order for sale to go through. Luckily Dynasty was able to help, and do it quickly. The entire process was seamless, they handled the meetings with the adjusters, they were up front, and honest throughout the whole process. Despite pressure from my insurance company around some of the work that was needed to bring it up to code, Dynasty was able to get everything into the claim, all I had to do was pay the deductible and pick the color.

Not only were they easy to work with, they were able to get the entire process closed and finished very quickly allowing us to get the house sold. I would recommend them to anyone out there looking for a quality, reliable, and headache free restoration company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Dynasty Restoration Inc.! I'm glad we were able to expedite your real estate transaction and it was a pleasure working with someone who was so open to understanding the process!

Dynasty Restoration came to our door after the May 2019 hail storm. They promised to fix the roof, trim and siding damage and claimed they would "advocate strongly for the customer with the Insurance company" (***). Dynasty and *** never could come to terms on anything except the roof, which left me out of pocket to cover the trimming and siding. Dynasty then completely abandoned the situation until I refused to pay the deductible. Dynasty then responded by accusing me of stealing and placing a lien on my home!!!!!!!!
*** pays a group called *** which then sub-contracts with organizations like Dynasty.
After telling my story to ***, *** agreed to pay the deductible to Dynasty since they made a ton of margin on a one-day roof job. *** then informed me they were placing a "hold" against any future business for Dynasty due to customer service complaints such as mine.
As Jennifer F says below, one can only conclude Dynasty is NOT a reputable company.
BEWARE of the Dynasty sales pitch and promises.

I am about at my wits end with ignorant uneducated people having the power to destroy a good name.

-100% unequivocally FALSE. You hired *** and that is why I was at your door. I told you from the MOMENT I met you that I was unable to extend coverage for anything and I was merely there to document damage. So you can save that "he promised" crap for the birds.

-We do not "come to terms" with policy coverage. AGAIN, I was there to document damage and not to extend coverage.
-I did not abandon the situation I told you I refused to put a band-aid on your rotted siding. You did not want to pay to get it properly fixed and I was not going to do any work on top of something that would leave my business susceptible to blame for leaks in the windows or further rot. Pretty easy business decision. One that I will make every single time.

-You threw a temper tantrum that your insurance company would not cover your negligence to your home and rot. That is what it states in the policy THAT YOU PURCHASED! You're plan was to recover the funds by hurting my company and not paying us the deductible which is how *** has designed it to be paid AGAIN per YOUR POLICY.

-13% profit margin before accounting for any overhead and/or the 6 months I had to finance your job for free is hardly a PA to write home about. They agreed to pay it to make the headache of you go away. Simple as that. Just because I was smart enough to protect myself, otherwise I would of never seen our money.

-Sound like to me a company trying to cover their own skin when I have already put everything on hold until they properly pay a claim.

-Just as Jennifer F below. You are equally reckless and uneducated in terms of how these claims work. You threw a hissy fit because you were mad that you purchased a policy that did not cover YOUR neglect to your home. You whined and whined so long that *** paid it for me to take the lien off the property so you would go away. If I would of known I was still going to catch a completely false accusation over your rotted siding, I would of left the lien on and made you pay it. Just for the inconvenience.

On another note I am really starting to lose faith in this system. You can help 100's and 100's of customers and never here a peep from anyone but it's the ones that know they are in the wrong and are just so unhappy in their own skin even after getting the lien released they still feel it necessary to make up lies in hopes of hurting a family owned company. I don't get it..

Dynasty Restoration came to our door around a month ago offering a free roof inspection. I agreed, and that was my mistake looking back. They reported damage after their inspection. I then called my insurance co. and an adjuster came out, and is 100% sure that the "damage" Dynasty reported was manufactured by THEM, not due to storm damage. The insurance adjuster told me there's no way the "damage" Dynasty marked off on my roof was produced by a storm. He also educated me on the scientific details why the "damage" was produced by a human (Dynasty) and not a storm. We can't prove it, but we can tell others. The adjuster tells me they've had trouble with them before and Dynasty are NOT reputable. Lesson learned.

I confronted my salesman about it immediately and he assured me that you just have an old roof and that no damage was manufactured. If you want to forward me the adjuster's name I would be happy to have a face to face with him. I believe these accusations warrant a meeting of some sort.

What this really sounds like to me is that you got completely owned by your insurance company. I would love to hear these "Scientific Details" why the damage was produced by us. Although it seems odd that it can't be proven or we were never even confronted about it the issue. Either way, this is a serious accusation and one that I do not take lightly.

On a personal note Jennifer F, I find it reckless and negligent on your part to attempt to hurt a family owned company without gathering any facts from the other side. You should spend some time researching Insurance Companies and the years upon years of data out there in regards to purposely denying or underpaying legitimate claims.

We came out to help you and this is what we get in return. We work too hard to do the right thing by people to have to deal with this. It's shameful..

I highly recommend Dynasty! JR, Erik and Emmanuel did a tremendous job. Excellent communication and workmanship throughout the process. When the storm hit in June 2017, my insurance company only wanted to give us $8,000 to replace missing shingles. We hired JR to be our advocate and he went to bat for us. He requested over and over for the insurance company to send an engineer. They sent another adjuster and upped the amount to $16,000. JR sent a team out to protect the roof over the winter, and kept after the insurance company until early this year, they finally sent an engineer who agreed with what JR had been saying for a year. We just finished with a new roof, new gutters and aluminum window/garage wraps. OUTSTANDING
