Company said could lower debt, and interest rate on cards. Called company, cancelled service. Got cards opened , my name, not authorized by me.
Was contacted by unsolicited phone call, from Dynamic Solutions, stated name was Alisha ***( this was around Oct 31st, 2019), about debt, and credit card interest relief. Took my card numbers, my info, and transferred me to a Detraimus ***, ext *** in customer service department. Mr *** said the fee for their service would be $2,495.00, and would be added onto card, after saving me money. I called back, same day to cancel, could not get hold of Mr., only answering machine, which I left message on that I would not be purchasing their service. Did not hear back from any person after that. I just received, in mail, two cards, in my name, that I had not authorized anyone to make. I am in process of calling card companies to cancel these unauthorized cards, and any charges that might have been submitted by this company. I urge anyone to thoroughly check out these companies before giving out info. A great number of these companies seem to be based in Florida, as this one is, although they have multiple locations. They also seem to have been newly formed, as the case with this company, in business for 1 year.
The company not use my information to open new accounts, not authorized to do so, and not to retain any of my personal information, and not to charge me any fee, since I cancelled their service. I also do not want to be contacted by this company or any person connected to this company after this is resolved.

This letter is in regards to a complaint filed by Ms. Brenda ***.
Ms. was initially in contact with Mr. Daramous *** on 10/31/2019 regarding lowering the interest rates on her current accounts. Mr. worked with Ms. on her Chase Slate account ending in ***, *** account ending in ***, *** account ending in ***, *** account ending in*** and *** account ending in ***. At the time, Ms. was satisfied with services rendered and went through a verbal recording authorizing everything that was done for her.
Afterwards, we sent Ms. a welcome package through the mail. Ms. received the package and contacted our customer service department on November 1st, 2019. Mr. Daramous *** returned her call on 11/01/2019 and 11/04/2019, but her husband said she was unavailable.
On 11/20/2019, Mr. contacted Ms. once more. Ms. cancelled services rendered. Therefore she is no longer a customer of ours and has never nor will ever be charged.
