They sold me a website and I asked them if there was any more charges for marketing. They said no. They said someone would help me out with that and there would be no more charges involved. Total bs. When someone finally got a hold of me they tried to talk me into $15.000 for marketing.I told them I just want to cancel and they said it was to late.
I need to put on the complaint that the problem was resolved and they will give me my money back.
I started working with Dynamic Corporate Setup on approximately 3/3/20, they were to help develop an online custom website. I have read a prior complaint on this website from 2/3/20 and I can say that a lot of that complaint mirrors mine. I would back up that person's account of Dynamic's practices. Dynamic does talk you into signing up for a credit card under the muse that you should use it to cover cost of the online business/website set up. It appears that whatever your credit limit is they charge you 75% of that to pay for your package of service. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to trust their belief in my success with their program. I started my training with my job coach approximately 3/4/20. Less than 2 months into training I was contacted by 2 different people from Dynamics marketing department(Scott & Ben) on approximately 4/24/30 & 6/1/20. The first call took almost 2 hours to try and get me to invest more money I refused. On the second call 6/1/20- I told the gentleman that I was not going to invest any more money into the process. He asked why stating that my website was all ready to go and that all I needed to do was to invest in the short and then long term marketing. That all I needed to do was to build a "Brand" to be better recognized to get customers to visit my site. When I said no, he asked again why I didn't want to "Grow" my company. I said I wasn't going to put myself into further debt. During this time my job coach was still training me, but after this second call on 6/1/20 from the marketing department, he did not attend our scheduled online training session on 6/10/20, there was no correspondence from him(job coach) as to our training session being cancelled or to make any arrangements to reschedule training session. On 6/11/20- I called Dynamic's customer service department and spoke with Ryan. I told him that I wanted to discuss cancelling my contract with their company, he asked why and I told him that I was not happy with the constant solicitation of their marketing department. Which he claimed he had no knowledge of since "they do not do that". I insisted that I had in fact received calls from their marketing department and told him I had names of person's I had spoken with. He ended the call stating that he would speak with his supervisor as to what could be done. He did not call me back on 6/12/20. On 6/14/20 after still not having any response I called customer service and left a message for Ryan stating that I was hoping to hear from him on 6/15/20, since he had not returned my call on the 12th. I expressed that I was attempting to handle this situation in a professional and courteous way. As of today 6/15/20, I have heard nothing from the company, or my job coach.
We have reviewed Ms.’s complaint and
would like to provide feedback on her claims. After speaking with our customer
service staff and reviewing the call logs and system notes we can find no
record of our offices signing Ms. up for credit cards. We have
provided a copy of the agreement which she signed outlining exactly what
products and services were to be provided. Every product and service as
mentioned on the contract was provided to our client. While we do not normally
provide refunds after all the work has been completed and supplied to a client,
we review each request on a case by case basis. On 6/12 our customer service
manager Ryan reached out to Ms.’s to come to a resolution but got no
answer and her voicemail box was full. We can find no record of incoming calls
that went unreturned. We are happy to continue working with Ms. until she
is satisfied, however her claims regarding our interactions are unfounded.

I am rejecting this response because: The company's customer service department can state what they want to, doesn't mean it's accurate. Not every product or service was fulfilled, if it was I wouldn't have questions or wonder what half of the items mean. Let's take each item separately off their invoice. 1- Custom website, up to 100 products uploaded. Yes, they helped create a website, but they didn't upload 100 products. 2- Drop shipping fulfillment, they supplied names of 2 different drop shippers, but I'm not 100% sure of what they do. 3- Website back-end training, never got that, that's what they asked for the extra money for(as stated in complaint). 4- Unlimited phone and email support. Ryan just told me the central number to the company is a landline and does not take texts, so if the voicemail is full what happens, so no not really with unlimited support. 5- Domain name and set up, OK what is that? SSL secure, not sure what that means either. So if they're doing such a great job as a company, looking out for my best interest, how is it that with a business that's in their opinion "ready to go" I don't have a clue what most of that even means. Continuing on, 6- they offered Website hosting setup, don't know if I got that. Of course I'm sure they will said I did. Payment gateway setup, OK, what's that? 7- 1-banner advertisement, social media intergration, oh does that mean going on twitter, tumblr and facebook? Lastly, 8- Website analytics and 1 website revision. Well for a fact I didn't get that. So no they did not fulfill all that was stated. I did not appreciate the "we don't have to do anything for you, our lawyers will handle it, you signed a contract and we have documentation etc.. Ryan again tried to claim that my calls for solicitation did not come form dynamic, well of course he wouldn't admit it, I mean come on.. He thinks that scare tactics and hardball will convince me to change my mind in pursuing further action. It will not.
Sincerely
We have been in contact with our client and tried to resolve her concerns directly. Even though we have a 3-day cancellation policy we have offered to refund half of Ms. *** money, to which she refused. We will continue to work with Ms. *** to ensure her satisfaction.

Dynamic Corporation Setup contacted me via phone. I started working with them and signed a contract on June 28, 2019, so that they would create my corporate entity for Graphs & Staffs. They charged a fee upfront for $6,500.00 which was paid for at time of signing. Dynamic Corporation Setup insisted that they were only going to require this set up and that any other fees generated aside from this would be my responsibility. They also stated that they were not a legal entity and would not be doing any work for me that entailed legal practice. They took advantage and used third parties to accomplish a lot of the unnecessary tasks that generated extra fees. This force me to come even more out of pocket aside from the $6500.00 that I had already paid at signing. At this point, I am unsure of what the $6500.00 covered since everything was sourced out and generated additional fees. I had to paid extra for items that were unnecessary. I would like a full refund as they stated these services were needed to be successful. I have yet to see any sales from the services provided. I was naïve to believe that I needed all the services they recommended. Everything again was outsourced so why did I even pay the $6500.00 to begin with if they were not able to complete them?
We apologize that your experience with our company was not
what you expected. We try to be very clear with our customers prior to
any purchase of items that are covered and those that are not covered in the
packages we sell. It looks like you have some confusion on the items you
purchased. What additional costs did you incur and how much did you pay
for those costs? We are unsure from the information submitted and we have
not received any correspondence of issues on your end so this is news to us.
I've been working with Dynamic Corporate Setup for a couple months now and honestly have only good to say about them. From the start, they were supportive and extremely helpful. Nothing compares, however, with the fellow who is my mentor and who has worked tirelessly to help me succeed with my new online store. He's knowledgeable, professional and very efficient yet highly personable. I feel as though he genuinely wants me to succeed and has gone the extra distance to help make certain I do. In conclusion, I feel their business ethic is strong and positive. I have no problem stating that I highly recommend them.
I was contacted by Dynamic Corporate after I had started working with On-line Training Program to develop a website. They said they were associated with on-line training and would help me to grow my website traffic and make a profit within 6 months. I wanted to think about this but was pushed to make a decision at that moment. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to believe in them and agreed to the proposal. I was then transferred to another person who looked up all my cc’s and figured out how much money could be put on them they even had me apply for new CC’s. The credit cards covered Dynamic Corporation for Business Entity Setup, Tax Preparation and a Business Plan. Online Business Development for Social Networking, Press Release, Tumbler Pro and Stat Counter Plus, Video Advertising and a Custom Gif and Web Evolution for a Coach, eBay Custom Built Site - Shopping Cart, SEO friendly, Logo Design and Product Sourcing (Dropshippers). and unfortunately, I was talked into borrowing money with the assurance that I would be making money within 6 months. Although, they did provide a Press Release, Gif and Video Advertising, I was never advised how to use these. Although, I received a Business Plan form, I was never instructed on how to use it. I did have a “coach”, but when those sessions ended I was still not making any money. Also they asked for more money to make sure my Web Site would get traffic to be able to make sales. As of today, I have made no money on my Website (site went live in 10/19). Now I am out thousands of dollars. I am on a fixed income (retired) and now I have requested help from a debt relief company to pay off the CC’s. This will still end up costing me Thousands of dollars. I have tired contacting the number shown in Step I. It is for an Apartment Community. I called the original contact information I was provided. That number just rings and doesn't even let you leave a message.
Ms.
*** was never contracted by Dynamic Corporate Setup to build her a website
with online training. We had an
agreement signed by Ms. on October 3rd, 2018 to provide a
Business Entity Setup, Tax Preparation and a Business Plan in the amount of
$6,000.00. She began to work with our customer service department immediately on
these components. The agreement which Ms. signed states that no guarantees
of increased sales, revenues, profits or success can be made. Ms. claims
that we had her apply for CC’s to cover the expenses of our services, but this
is something we do not do or have never done before with any current or past
clients. Ms. is also stating that Online Business Development was contracted
to design and build a few marketing pieces with the assurance she would be making
with 6 months. We have nothing to do with that company or any prior companies
she had signed up with to build a website and to market it. All products and services have been provided to
Ms. and were delivered to her within the time frame agreed upon. To date,
we have no record of any phone calls or email communication to which Ms *** expressed
any dissatisfaction. Furthermore, we have fulfilled our agreements with Ms..
Therefore, we find that no refund is due.

I am rejecting this response because: My contact with Dynamic Corporate Setup was Ryan W at ***. He had me apply for a *** Credit Card for $12,500 and Capital One for 10,000. These were used to pay $6,000 for Dynamic Corporate Setup for Business Entity Setup, Tax Preparation and a Business Plan; my complaint for them is the (encouragement to get the Credit Cards to pay for a business startup and that (I was given no instruction on how to set up a business Plan). $9,800 for Online Business Development, LLC to provide Social Networking, Press Release, Tumbler pro, Stat Counter Plus, Video Advertising and a Custom Gif. They failed to instruct me on how and when I should do the Press Release, Video Advertising and Custom Gif. This complaint should included Online Business Development LLC. I was told that I should start making money on my Web Page in 6 months. I have worked on ***, ***, ***, and *** to promote my Web Page for approximately 15 months with no sales occurring from my Web Page. I don't expect these business to take any responsibility for sales from my Web Page not occurring. My concern is that these businesses are taking advantage of people who are looking for a way to make some extra money by working from home.

Again, unfortunately, I was talked into borrowing money from my retirement, (I had just lost my job) Which the Dynamic Corporate people knew. I did have a “coach” who did not help me to understand 99% of the social media. After the sessions ended, I tried to navigate myself but as of today, I have made only 200 (site went live in 11/18). I have tried calling to talk about the issues I am having I made an appointment but there was no call at the scheduled time. I am out thousands of dollars I have had to request help from a debt relief company to pay off the CC’s I cannot pay my taxes state or federal I was taxed on the money I took from my 401K I realize this is all my fault
I would like to retract complaint *** ,because I was angry and did not think it through.
I have spoken with Dynamic Corporate Setup and have resolved the matter.
