One of their salesman called looking to speak with my Maintenance Supervisor in regards to resurfacing blades I explained that we deal with a local company He asked if he could still speak with the Supervisor I explained that he was busy, but I could take down his info He responded by saying "Thanks for being an [redacted] " I have never had such an unproffessional & classless experience

He asked if he could still speak with the Supervisor. I explained that he was busy, but I could take down his info. He responded by saying "Thanks for being an [redacted]". I have never had such an unproffessional & classless experience.
Our company has received two phone calls on consecutive days from a Scott at Dynamic Alloy Co. claiming that we owed them $800 for end-mill sharpening. We checked with our shop manager and he never gave Scott end-mills. We never shipped end-mills to this company. Scott claimed that he could not send us an invoice for the parts/service without a PO#. We told him that we could get an invoice without a PO# and would pay if it was a legitimate service. We pointed out that we need to have the parts sent back to us sharpened for us to justify payment of an invoice. Scott was persistent, but could not satisfy us that he had any of our end-mills. Plus, the charge of $800 was much higher than the price we pay to our usual end-mill sharpener. We double checked our shipping logs and we never shipped any end-mills or anything else to this company. We believe that this is not a legitimate company and should not be dealt with in any way.
