We have had their service since around January 2019. It has not been the best service, but we just assumed with our area that was all we could get. They recently changed our service and said we could only get their service that uses the ATT towers. We were able to try that service at the price we had our previous service. If we didn't like it then we could cancel our service. We even bought a new router thinking this make the service better. Unfortunately my daughter has started PT school from home 2 weeks ago which requires multiple zoom meetings for her classes. She is constantly booted off her calls missing valuable information that she needs to hear. I found a better service, so I called to cancel this service. At this time they stated they would return my device with a restocking fee of $50 which after further conversation, they did say they would not charge the restocking fee. Then they told me they would not refund the remaining amount of my service which is approximately 20 days worth. They said it was prepaid and they would not refund this monies. I feel like this should have been disclosed when they told me I could try the new service out and could cancel anytime. They made the statement of how much internet we had used. Well of course we did. My daughter is constantly trying to do Zoom meetings and being kicked off due to the service. I've had to use my hotspot on my phone to do my work and no one else can be on the interest when she is doing Zoom calls...and even at that it wasn't working. We've had the new service a day, and she has had no problems. If your service is not adequate, you offer a trial period and the option to cancel, then you should refund the remaining portion! I'm writing this now because 2 days ago when I was talking to someone in the billing department I had asked for a manager/owner call me back so I could talk to them about this. At this time, I still did not receive a call back. I just want the 20 days refunded back to me as well as the equipment I returned refunded in full for the $120 included shipping (which they did say they would).
Excellent customer service and communication. Everything I needed was promptly handled in a kind, helpful, professional manner. Would recommend, and use again.
I have had this service for over a year we moved to a remote area that has lots of tree cover and this was our only option. I am 100% satisfied with Dynami service. People around me that have other internet providers are always complaining about outages and I have never experienced a single issue in my 1 year of service. I will say if you are expecting blazing internet speeds this isnt for you but I was able to watch movies and live sports just fine using this service.
This is a terrific system for me. I travel for work, live in a Fifthwheel RV.. As salesman (Trent) explained it will work better in rural areas. (WiFi towers only have so much band width, less people using tower better it will work). I have had it just over a year with great success. I would HIGHLY recommend this service. I don't like commercials, I don't watch broadcast TV I only stream movies. Once at one location (out 5-6) I had trouble with signal at what I believe were peak usage times (right when people were getting home from work and most likely checking their email, I expect)
I have been with Dynami wireless since June 2018. I was told by their sales rep Naoimi that the service is unlimited data for 79 per month.
They made us purchase the equipment. The services I never had issue with what they claim was data abuse, we were told that streaming of movies was unlimited. the service was used for work for me to work remotely, and watching movies. We dont game and they claim this is what causes the amount of data being used. This is absolutely false.
They debited our account a few days ago and cancelled our service now because they claim it was our third strike. This company is a fraud and I will be taking legal action.
I want the equipment I purchased refunded and I want all my months service refunded immediately.
Mr. purchased service on June 20, 2018, from a third party deal (Adventure Wireless). Mr. was read a set of Terms and Condition about use on the date of purchase. He was later sent the same set of Terms and Conditions attached to his receipt that discussed what the definition of unlimited plans are as well as the meaning of illegal, excessive and abuse usage on the wireless networks. He did verbally acknowledge these terms and proceeded with the use of our services. There is a three strike you're out policy for essive and abusive users. In December 2018, January 2019 and February 2019 Mr. was warned, and his line was suspended for abuse and excessive usage. On February 27, 2019, Mr. was suspended for his third and final time for the repeated issue. After receiving his abuse notification, he contacted our Director to scream, curse yell at her. He then wrote into each support team harassing them using obscene language such as, "your a *** fraud." He then contacted the Director again to continue to yell, curse and threatened the owner of the company. He stated he knows where Sam lives. He later attempted to call the owner of the company leaving a 45-second message threatening to bankrupt the company, sue and ultimately leave reports such as this on the internet. On February the Director received an email with the same threats and accusations. Mr. has been refunded the February payment of $79.99 that was made on the account February 23, 2019. Mr. is using public formulas such as this to only continue to harass further and abuse our company and networks.
July 6, 2018 we ordered wireless internet from *** Wireless in Alexandria, MN. On 7/12/18 we bought the booster antenna from ***. Starting in September we had issues with hardly being able to use the internet. I called *** 9/12/18, 10/10/18, 10/12/18 trying to have them reset things and try different things and nothing/ worked. I called again 11/12/18 and the message said to call Dynami Wireless directly. I did this and talked to Naomi, the manager. I was told the towers were in the process of being upgraded, the reset the tower and reset the router, nothing worked. I called again 12/5/18 to say nothing was still working and Naomi said she would look into a different company SIM card and get back to me, she never did. I called 12/12/18 and left a message for Naomi and again on 12/14/18. I did get a call back on 12/14/18 that they were sending a new router and would move our due date out 5 days, we ended up getting charged twice instead of once after that 5 days. Left message 12/19/18 to talk about new router and refund. 12/27/18 left another message no call back. 1/2/19 left another message and she was going to talk to the CEO at one point and call back but didn't. 1/4/19 left another message. 1/9/19 they were finally going to try sending a new antenna. 1/21/19 Left message to cancel as nothing was working and they were not very responsive to us trying to work with things to get it working again, wanted a refun. This internet worked great initially and went downhill in no time. 1/22/19 got voicemail that it was Thanksgiving, I think I was just sent to voicemail. 1/23/19 Sara transferred me to Naomi, they cancelled service and were refunding January but wouldn't refund any other months. I had to call back numerous times to get a hold of anyone to try to fix this. There was usage on our line to see if we could use the internet that day but most often had to use hotspot on our phones through Sprint. Super frustrated the CEO would never talk to me.

1. July 6, 2018 we ordered wireless internet from *** Wireless in Alexandria, MN. RESPONSE- This correct. The service was obtained through a third party dealer and Dynami Wireless is the billing party. 2- On 7/12/18 we bought the booster antenna from ***.RESPONSE- This is correct she did purchase the antenna from a now-closed company. She was never charged by Dynami Wireless for this equipment. We did, however, replace this free of charge in December. 3. Starting in September we had issues with hardly being able to use the internet. I called *** 9/12/18, 10/10/18, 10/12/18 trying to have them reset things and try different things and nothing/ worked. RESPONSE- We have no information on this as *** Wireless is a thirdy party dealer and is no longer affiliated with Dynami Wireless. 4. I called again 11/12/18 and the message said to call Dynami Wireless directly. I did this and talked to Naomi, the manager. I was told the towers were in the process of being upgraded, the reset the tower and reset the router, nothing worked.RESPONSE- Naomi informed Ms. that the network was showing outages in her area and explained what modernization was (updates to the system). She was notified there was no time frame for this outage. The client never mentioned at this time a booster was being used. 5. I called again 12/5/18 to say nothing was still working and Naomi said she would look into a different company SIM card and get back to me, she never did. RESPONSE- She was in fact followed up with to let her know the second network was not an option for her as she is not in their coverage area. 6. I called 12/12/18 and left a message for Naomi and again on 12/14/18. I did get a call back on 12/14/18 that they were sending a new router and would move our due date out 5 days, we ended up getting charged twice instead of once after that 5 days. RESPONSE- The client was provided a new piece of equipment which retails for $179.99 plus shipping and tax at no charge to attempt to resolve her issue. All billing issues was rectified. As Ms. has stated, we did push out billing to accommodate her lack of internet while we attempted to resolve her issue with new equipment. Please note the equipment was outside of warranty. 7. Left message 12/19/18 to talk about new router and refund. RESPONSE- All billing inquiries and issues were immediately rectified. 8. 12/27/18 left another message no call back. RESPONSE- There was an out of office with modified hours on our voicemail. Ms. never attempted to contact our main line, only that of the direct line to our Business Development Manager. 9. 1/2/19 left another message and she was going to talk to the CEO at one point and call back but didn't. 1/4/19 left another message. 1/9/19 they were finally going to try sending a new antenna. RESPONSE- Between the 1st of the year and the 9th of the year, she was contacted about her structure and terrain. Letting her know that she would require an external antenna. She then informed us she already had one. Please note WE DID NOT SELL HER THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. After approval from the CEO, a new antenna was sent to her. The retail value of this piece of equipment is 100.00 plus shipping and tax. She was given the option to cancel services prior to the antenna being shipped and she stated she wanted to continue trying. 10. 1/21/19 Left message to cancel as nothing was working and they were not very responsive to us trying to work with things to get it working again, wanted a refun. 11. Each month the client reported an issue they had usage on their line, the internet was working just now "fast enough." They received some kind of compensation each month in the form of either FREE equipment, 5-days of free service, and ultimately a refund for their final month. AGAIN, please not there was usage and the customer acknowledges they were using the line. Ms. was given multiple opportunities to suspend service and go to another provider always remaining steadfast she wanted to keep trying as she was receiving free equipment, which she still has to date. She has acknowledged use. Furthermore, she agreed to our Terms and Conditions which clearly state we do not guarantee speeds at any time. At the closing of the account, she threatened to go everywhere she could to write a bad review IF we didn't give her all her money back. She was given some not all of her money back as the line was used in the months she addressed in this claim, and it is reasonable to expect to receive compensation for a service that is being used. This claim is a blatant example of ther follow through and her willingness to stop at nothing to recover funds for a service she was using.

I am rejecting this response because:Dynami wireless knew from the beginning that we had that antenna. I wouldn't have left that detail out. I appreciate them finally sending us out our equip to try to help the issue but we had paid for a router to begin with, they offered to replace and never said anything about it being out of warranty, the initial one we bought was mailed back to them. Then they told us the issue was our antenna and I know nothing about third party vendors and the fact that we bought it from someone else was a bad thing, never would have done that in the beginning. I said I would mail their antenna back if that did not fix it, I was told to keep it. I was not called back about a different sim card, I had to call to get that information. Yes, there was usage on our line to see if we could use the thing that day and some days we could others not. I never once asked for a refund of all of our service because there were times it actually worked decently. I wanted something back due to my time in having to keep calling back. We have few options where we live for internet and knowing this had worked initially, made zero sense to me why it couldn't work again. I was told after the first time I talked to Naomi to call her back of issues kept happening. I guess since I'd been dealing with her from the beginning, didn't make sense to me to call the main line just to get transferred to her voicemail instead of doing that directly. They were just rude and will say anything it takes to make me look bad. I do not contact the Revdex.com unless I have tried everything I can. I am not one to cry over every little thing but when I put so much time into this and received terrible customer service, yes I will day something. It is ridiculous that I had to call back all those times to get a response when I as told they would get back to me. I do not accept their response. They only responded to this because they had to, otherwise I would have had to keep contacting them. That has been the trend. I appreciate them trying to help in the ways they did but find it ridiculous that they make me sound like the bad guy through it all.And it was a constant battle to get anywhere.That is why I feel we should get at least a couple months refunded, I wasted so much time trying to figure this out when it's their job to do so. Also, the month we got the 5 free days, I never received a call back that the refunded the duplicate payment. Wouldn't you want to let someone know that instead, I had to keep looking at my online account to see we got that back. More so than anything, their customer service was horrible, even worse than the internet service itself.

Since this complaint was closed, the ceo of dynami wireless has contacted me. We came to a solution where he did refund me 3 months worth of service for all the hassle and inconvenience. I am now satisfied with the outcome of this.Please let me know if you need anything further.Thank you!
I was excited about setting up this internet, they sent a nice router and it was easy to set up, it shipped quickly too. Whoever sold me this plan gave me false info and just wanted to make a sale I suppose. The router has great signal, 4g LTE light is on but I wouldn't call it high speed internet when I'm getting 0.50 mb/s download and 0.50 mb/s upload.
I had contacted "***-***.com" to acquire internet service, a branch of Dynami Wireless, on Aug 29, 2018. Everything was fine until I acquired the router/modem. For the beginning there were problems with the equipment. I could connect to the router yet "No Internet" service. This began a list of approx 35 phone calls to *** Wireless (Amanda was trying to help), Dynami Wireless, and the Dynami Wireless Tech line. (See call list below)I was told that my router was past its 14 day, money back return. I also purchased the Parabolic booster antenna from "***-Wireless.com" to help, it did not. I have been given the run around from Dynami Wireless hoping I will "Go away". I want a refund on the equipment (which I have the original boxes, etc.. for), and refund for the 1 month service I did not receive.
