Review: On sunday 2/24/2013 my son and I took there bus from [redacted] to [redacted]. I of course brought my carriage with me. My carriage was perfectly fine upon arrival. On monday 2/25/2013 I left from [redacted] I walked to the bus with my carriage again perfectly fine. I then strapped my son into a car sit got out the bus to close my carriage the drive then had to put my carriage in which he miss treated because he felt like I should have to pay extra because of my carriage. Upon arrival in nyc I got out tried to put my carriage together but it was broken! I couldnt even put my son in other wise he would have fallen out. The driver tried to help but it was broken he then laughed it off when I told him he broke it. I told him id call the office when I got home. I got home at about 3:40pm I called the office a woman who answered said she couldn't help me and said shed have someone contact me. 3 days passed no call back from them I then called the office again and got the run around I wasn't able to speak to no manager and or owner. THese people are saying they can't do anything for me and hanging up the phone on me I have a 4month old child I'm a single mother it isn't fair that they break my childs carriage and are hiding from me when it comes to either buying me a new one or paying for it to be repaired I was treating really unfairly I'm not trying to scam ANYONE! My child shouldn't have to suffer because someone was careless with his belongings!Desired Settlement: All I want is for this company to replace my carriage I work very hard for my son to have nice things I don't take to kind for someone to careless treat his belongings n break them. My carriage is a Teutonia T-linx the cost is $499 plus tax. All I want is my son to have his carriage back!
