When my wife S*** was on the phone trying to resolve the issue with Dwight there was never a discussion that she said to come and pick up the jet ski and never told the other company to come and get it because she never talked to the other company only DwightWe were trying to settle this issue with no further actions and Dwight insisted that they would not help us even though we said we would pay the amount due and then pay the other fee ontop of next months paymentRobin the manager of the facility was super rude on the phone to me and when I tried to discuss anything with her she refused to even want to listen or even help and said that she won't do anything and to just give her the jet skiI then went on to asking her why they kept on calling my house from 8am til 9-10pm at night and even calling my work and my cell phoneShe insisted they weren't calling when the lady named paulette (not sure spelling) is the one that keeps leaving the messages on our phone at home and our cell phonesWhen I called to get the Western Union information it was Paulette that answered the phone and confirms that she is calling from Dwight.
This has been a ongoing issue with Dwight and we have tried several times this year to talk to them to discuss arrangements and to explain what is going on and why we are behind but they always tell us that they do not help and allow to pay most of the payment and then pay the rest on top of the next paymentI was also informed from Robin that she claims that she can put in the paperwork for repossesion the day after the payment is due and she doesn't have to give the day grace period.
I feel they should pay the $"fee" because the ski was never picked up and the company came to my house once saying that they are only here to make contact with us to call Dwight to settle the issueWhen we did call Dwight we were told over the phone that the company was coming out to do a "check" on us to see about payment and that since we were only a month back we were ok and the ski would not be taken from usThis all happened in the begining of November and we told them what is going onThe jet ski was never taken from us at all and we have never said "come and get it" to anyone that's why we feel that us having to pay this "fee" is ridiculous.
I also contacted my insurance company and told them why I needed paperwork sent to them and they told me that they should already have all of that electronically so there should be no need for itWe also do not have a history of not having insurance on the skiWe have had insurance on it since the day we bought it and even provided proof thenThe only time it showed we didn't have insurance is when we couldn't pay by the date hey wanted because we got paid the next day and we even sent over papers showing it was intactI was also informed if I didn't show them insurance it would be repossesed even though they have it electronically in their system and from DMV

When [redacted] made his third payment to DFI for June 20, 2015, it was returned by his
bank as NSF. ...
Since J[redacted] refused to
replace the NSF, when he made his fourth payment, it was applied to payment
number three. So, J[redacted] still owes his
July 20, 2015, payment. This means that
he is more than 180 days delinquent on his account. Further, he refuses to surrender the vehicle.
On
January 8, 2016, it was explained to him that since he refuses to surrender the
collateral, a civil action would be brought against him. At that time he stated
that he would be happy to explain his position to the court. J[redacted] confirms this in the next to the last
sentence in his correspondence to you.
In

of cancellation from Drive Insurance.

Dwight Financial. Whew! After dealing with the business on Peoria Ave in Phoenix, I'm not sure where to begin. The customer service (or lack there of) sucks. They lie to you, try to deceive you, and even add fees to everything. They are strictly in it for the greed. Robin and Paulette. Their job application must require the following: If you lack morals or integrity, have no conscious, decency, or compassion, and no ethics or sense of right or wrong; and can sleep comfortable at night knowing you have fked over someone, come join our work force. Because we don't give a [redacted]! Their motto is [redacted] you, pay me! To anyone thinking of a loan, look elsewhere. I'm not a hater at all, but this is one company to avoid at all costs.
This finance company is horrible! Hidden fees and undisclosed fees are second nature to this dispicable company. They are very unprofessional and lack any type of costumer service.
The following is Paulette’s end-of-the day, clock-out times
for the period of time from November 4 to 19, 2015:

This company is a predatory lender with horrible customer service. You miss a payment, they hike the interest rate up on you and hire the same private investigators to call and harass you and your references, telling them every detail about your purchase. I would miss several payments every so often but would always bring my account back to good standing when I could. Most recently I called and found out that I have paid over $6,000 dollars on a $16,000 loan and still owe more than $14,000 How is that legal? It's not.

When my wife S[redacted] was on the phone trying to resolve the issue with Dwight there was never a discussion that she said to come and pick up the jet ski and never told the other company to come and get it because she never talked to the other company only Dwight. . We were trying to settle this issue with no further actions and Dwight insisted that they would not help us even though we said we would pay the amount due and then pay the other fee ontop of next months payment. Robin the manager of the facility was super rude on the phone to me and when I tried to discuss anything with her she refused to even want to listen or even help and said that she won't do anything and to just give her the jet ski. I then went on to asking her why they kept on calling my house from 8am til 9-10pm at night and even calling my work and my cell phone. She insisted they weren't calling when the lady named paulette (not sure spelling) is the one that keeps leaving the messages on our phone at home and our cell phones. When I called to get the Western Union information it was Paulette that answered the phone and confirms that she is calling from Dwight.
This has been a ongoing issue with Dwight and we have tried several times this year to talk to them to discuss arrangements and to explain what is going on and why we are behind but they always tell us that they do not help and allow to pay most of the payment and then pay the rest on top of the next payment. I was also informed from Robin that she claims that she can put in the paperwork for repossesion the day after the payment is due and she doesn't have to give the 10 day grace period.
I feel they should pay the $750 "fee" because the ski was never picked up and the company came to my house once saying that they are only here to make contact with us to call Dwight to settle the issue. When we did call Dwight we were told over the phone that the company was coming out to do a "check" on us to see about payment and that since we were only a month back we were ok and the ski would not be taken from us. This all happened in the begining of November and we told them what is going on. The jet ski was never taken from us at all and we have never said "come and get it" to anyone that's why we feel that us having to pay this "fee" is ridiculous.
I also contacted my insurance company and told them why I needed paperwork sent to them and they told me that they should already have all of that electronically so there should be no need for it. We also do not have a history of not having insurance on the ski. We have had insurance on it since the day we bought it and even provided proof then. The only time it showed we didn't have insurance is when we couldn't pay by the date hey wanted because we got paid the next day and we even sent over papers showing it was intact. I was also informed if I didn't show them insurance it would be repossesed even though they have it electronically in their system and from DMV.

Please
ask the Tipples to provide documentation that Dwight Financial Inc. (‘DFI”) sold
the above-referenced vehicle to them. DFI reserves the right to amend its
answer if the Tipples provide evidence that they purchased the vehicle from DFI.
The
following answer is based upon DFI being the financer, not the seller,
of the vehicle:
DFI has contacted that State of Texas and
confirmed that it should not complete the “Texas Sales and Use Tax Corrections
Form.”
...⇄ Sincerely,
...⇄ Craig
